Terms:
What I Will / Won't Draw:
- I will take commissions of fictional and original characters, real people (though, their are exceptions listed below), blood and gore and horror, ship art, weapons, armor (complexity may extend wait time), and nsfw art.
- I will NOT take commissions of real life murderers, pedophiles, or any other kind of shitty human. I will not do ship / suggestive art of real people that aren't in a preexisting relationship, furries, any animals, animal-like fantasy races, abuse, genderbends, whitewashing, hate speech, anything political, pedophilia, or incest. I also will not do commissions replicating other art styles.
Use:
COMMISSIONS:
- You may use your commission for any sort of private personal use as well as anything non commercial. This includes profile pictures, public character art, character profiles / references, and more. Credit is preferred, however is not mandatory.
- You may NOT use your commission for NFTs, anything AI related, hate speech or discrimination, and commercial use unless specified before hand. You also may not edit your commission or claim it as your own art, including but not limited to excluding credit, digitally removing my watermark, or reselling the artwork.OTHER ART I MAKE:
- You may other art I make for backgrounds on your personal device, profile pictures, and most private personal use as long as credit is given. This excludes oc art and commissions for other people.
- You may NOT use my art for NFTs, anything AI related, hate speech or discrimination, and commercial use. You edit any art I create or claim it as your own art, including but not limited to excluding credit, digitally removing my watermark, or reselling the artwork. You are not allowed to repost my art anywhere without prior permission. You are also not allowed to use any commission that doesn't belong to use unless told by the commission owner.
- I have the right to decline any commission that I deem inappropriate or violates the stated guidelines listed above. I also have the right to terminate work should the commissioner become unfit to work for. That includes hateful or rude behavior and discriminatory behavior.
- I also bear the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly breaks the above use rules.
- A sketch will be sent to confirm that I'm making what you want. At that stage you may request changes and alterations. After that, I will begin your commission and refunds will no longer be issued.
- Commercial use fees will vary depending on the product you are selling, how much of it you are selling, along with some other factors. Contact me beforehand to discuss pricing.
